Terms & Conditions (Important)

T&Cs that are very important and are often missed out. But please read our COMPLETE T&Cs as well on our masterlist.

ORDERS
• Please give us a maximum of a week to reflect your orders on the masterlist.
• 50% Cancellation Fee
• Strictly NO combined shipping
of orders from other group orders even if they arrive at our local address at the same time.
• Order/s settled can be held by us when there are unpaid/cancelled items.
PAYMENT
• Delayed payments will be charged 30php PER DAY from the date of payment for a maximum of 20 days, failure to pay 20 days after the DOP will result to the cancellation of the order/s.
• Receipt or Proof of Payment MUST be sent to the payment form attached at the email. No payment form = no payment.SHIPPING
• Orders will be shipped locally within 1-7 days upon confirmation of the 2nd payment, depending on the availability of the courier.
• Items will be locally shipped via J&T.
• House of MDs will not be held responsible for any loss/damaged items or delays during delivery by the courier. We will make sure your orders are packed properly.
• House of Mds' responsibility ends once the items have been shipped out.MEET UPS/DELIVERY (ILOILO)
• When items have been picked up for delivery, an announcement will be posted, by then please keep your lines open as they will contact you before delivery.REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
• REFUND will only occur when items are OUT OF STOCK.
• NO CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT/REFUNDOTHERS
• NORMAL ETA (3-5 Weeks after ship out).
• We reserve ALL the rights to edit information of rules without prior notice.
